3D Animation

Enter 3D Animation

Use 3D Animation in the left rail when you want frame-based movement on the 3D pitch.

  • The same bottom frame strip is used to add, select, reorder, and delete frames.
  • The top bar still controls view presets, pan/camera, draw, clear, and JSON backup actions.
  • The right panel keeps the same Library, Properties, and Animation structure.

Camera and View Presets

3D animation adds movement, but camera control still matters.

  • Use H to toggle camera control.
  • Hold Space for temporary camera control.
  • Use 1 through 6 for quick preset views.
  • Keep a consistent view preset across the sequence when the audience needs to compare spacing frame to frame.

Frame Timing

Treat each frame like a coaching checkpoint.

  • Add a frame only when the next moment needs its own stable picture.
  • Set Frame time in the right Animation tab.
  • Use ghost silhouettes and trails only when they clarify the action.

Back Up 3D Animation Work

3D animation currently relies on the mode-specific JSON backup flow for portable saves.

  • Use the top-bar Save button to open the Import/Export 3D Animations modal.
  • Export JSON before major edits or when moving work to another browser.
  • Importing JSON restores the 3D animation timeline and related scene settings.
